Overview

The Scleroderma Foundation of Greater Chicago is proud to partner with the Scleroderma Research Foundation as a sponsor of the CONQUER registry, a first-of-its-kind nationwide patient registry and biosample repository aimed at improving care and developing more effective and personalized therapies for scleroderma patients.

The CONQUER Registry (COllaborative National Quality and Efficacy Registry) was launched in 2018 by the Scleroderma Research Foundation (SRF). In collaboration with the largest scleroderma centers in the U.S., CONQUER was created to enroll scleroderma patients from around the nation. Researchers and clinicians will now be able to learn as much as possible about all forms of scleroderma in patients of all backgrounds and ethnicities to use that knowledge to advance research and discovery.

What is the CONQUER Registry?

How Does it Work?

Scleroderma patients will participate through their routine clinical visits (twice per year) at one of CONQUER's participating scleroderma centers. Patients will contribute clinical data, blood samples, and Patient-Reported Outcome surveys.

Through this data expansion, CONQUER patients will receive the most modern standard of care. There are no experimental therapies involved in CONQUER. However, your participation will help accelerate advance in clinical care and new therapies. Patients can expect a heightened level of scrutiny and care in a formal setting during their clinical visits. In the future, CONQUER enrollment will include a clinical trials platform for rapid testing of new drugs and enrolled patients may be eligible to participate in these trials.
